Shipping Policy:
- Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7-14 business days.
- Shipping Methods: We offer standard and expedited shipping options. Shipping costs and times will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Currently Unavailable
Payment Policy:
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment methods as displayed at checkout. All transactions are secure and encrypted.
Returns and Refunds Policy

Returns:
- Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unused, undamaged items in their original packaging.
- To initiate a return, contact us at ehiscomida@gmail.com. with your order details.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
Non-Returnable Items
Perishable goods (e.g., food items) and custom-made products are non-returnable.
